Developed by a team of experts, Leading Effectively by Advocating and Delivering Excellence (LEADE) is a program that provides nurses and post-acute care facilities with free on-line resources and tools to help create a more effective and efficient workplace.

The Association for the Advancement of Post-Acute Care Excellence (AAPACE) is a professional organization dedicated to improving patient, facility, and healthcare outcomes within the post-acute care sector.
With a focus on providing nurses with the necessary guidance, training, and support, as well as standardizing healthcare practices and policies, we believe we can achieve post-acute care excellence.

The Nursing ExCEL Review Panel is comprised of community volunteers that represent a variety of professions within post-acute care. The role of the review panel is to review and vote on our Nursing ExCEL Accreditation applications at quarterly review meetings.
The AAPACE Advisory Board consists of community volunteers that may bring legal, business, healthcare, education, accounting or other relevant expertise to our annual Advisory Board meetings to ensure we are providing a service that benefits the greater good.
