PEDIATRIC Post-Acute Care

A primary focus of post-acute care has long been on the geriatric population but AAPACE has not forgotten about our vulnerable pediatric population.

Unfortunately the pediatric population also gets afflicted with chronic illnesses and frequent hospitalizations which is why AAPACE has now developed the Association for the Advancement of Pediatric Post-Acute Care Excellence (AAPPACE) with the mission of providing free clinical tools and resources to help enhance the quality of care in this specialized area.
